Kewaunee stayed undefeated on the season after a 55-50 win over Southern Door in a girls Packerland Conference basketball game on Friday Night in Kewaunee. The Storm (3-0, 4-0) built a 13 point second half lead only to see the Eagles close the deficit to three points before Angie Kudick sealed the win with a pair of free throws. Brooke Geier finished with a game high 19 points while Ellie Olsen added 12 and Sarah Dax 11 for Kewaunee. Megan Pavlik scored a team high 15 for Southern Door (2-1, 3-2) while Grace LeGrave scored a career high 12 points and Gabby Atkins chipped in 10. The Eagles host Algoma on Tuesday and we’ll have the broadcast on WDOR.
