The Sturgeon Bay Open Bass Tournament has decided to change their format starting the the 2012 tournament. In the past it has always been a Saturday/Sunday format. However, in two of the last three years they have had to cancel a day of fishing due to inclement weather. In 2012, the actual fishing days for tournament anglers will be Friday, May 18th and Saturday, May 19th leaving Sunday, May 20th as a “wind day” allowing anglers to still have two days on the water fishing.
