The Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears for a third time in 2011, as they won at Soldier Field Sunday, 27-17. The Packers built a 14-0 lead on two first half touchdown catches by Jermichael Finley. The Pack led 17-10 at the half before scoring ten straight. Finley finished with three receiving TDs and 85 yards on seven catches. Aaron Rodgers passed for 297 yards and the three scores and Greg Jennings caught nine passes for 119 yards. Ryan Grant carried 17 times for 92 yards. Defensively, Morgan Burnett had two interceptions and Jarius Wynn added two sacks. The Packers are 3 and 0 and tied with the Detroit Lions atop the NFC North. The Bears fall to 1 and 2. The Packers will host the Denver Broncos Sunday.
Notes:
Finley is the first Packers tightend to have three touchdowns in a single game since Keith Jackson accomplished the feat in 1996.
Right tackle Bryan Bulaga left in the first quarter with a bruised knee and he did not return. Marshall Newhouse replaced Bulaga.
