The Luxemburg-Casco girls won the Division 1 and Kewaunee girls the Division 2 portion of the Russ Fameree Invite at Northbrook Country Club on Friday.
Girls D1 Results
The Spartans’ Jacie Legois won the race with Faith Vania finishing in fourth place and Lizzy Giddley and Kalista Arendt also placed in the top ten. Southern Door’s Gracie Englebert placed 7th and Chloe Volkman 11th.
Girls D2 Results
Amanda Vandenplas led the Storm with a 2nd place finish with Brianne Barta (7th), Lexi Rentmeester (8th) and Breanna Vandenplas (11th) helping Kewaunee to the team title. Algoma’s Liberty Ansorge placed 3rd and Megan Stoneman of Sevastopol finished 5th.
Boys D1 Results
Corey Legois (9th) and Tanner Kasten (13th) led L-C to a 3rd place finish. Southern Door’s top finishers were Zach Kiedrowski (12th) and Jacob Pigeon (16th).
Boys D2 Results
Corey Carlson (3rd) and Isaiah Spetz (7th) led Sevastopol to a 3rd place finish. Harold Iwen (8th) led Algoma.
