Southern Door beat Sturgeon Bay in overtime, 50-45, in a girls Packerland Conference basketball game on Tuesday. The Eagles (8-5, 10-9) were trailing 34-20 and didn’t score their first field goal of the second half until the 7:18 mark. But that Nicole Norton field goal was followed but a relentless full court press that led to a 13-0 run in the next 2:23 to tighten the game. Southern Door took a 42-39 lead with 18.7 seconds left but Morgan Reinhardt hit a three pointer to force overtime. Norton finished with 20 points and Chloe LaCrosse added 15 for the Eagles while Reinhardt led the Clippers (5-9, 7-12) with 14 points and Greta Meleen added 11.
