Kewaunee’s Colin Cochart Sticks With Bengals

Colin Cochart

Kewaunee native Colin Cochart received some good news Saturday.   The tightend was informed that he will start the season on the Cincinnati Bengals 53-man roster.  The 6’4 254 pound Cochart had four receptions for 25 yards in the preseason and might have caught a break when veteran Bo Scaife went down with an injury and was subsequently placed on injured reserve.  Cochart, who played his college football at South Dakota State, is one of two tightends on the Bengals roster and is listed second on the depth chart.  Cochart will wear number 81 when Cincinnati opens its season Sunday at Cleveland.
