Sturgeon Bay opened the 2012 season with a 29-13 win over Valders at Memorial Field on Friday Night. Matt Seiler scored three touchdowns (1 yard run, 53 yard pass from Nathan Abrahamson, 59 yard punt return) to lead the Clippers while Lucas Stephenson added a 4 yard touchdown run. Abrahamson was 13-18 passing for 241 yards for Sturgeon Bay while Riley Cordier had 6 catches for 98 yards and Stephenson had 20 carries for 68 yards.
