The 2nd annual Door County YMCA Pickleball Tournament was held on Saturday and Sunday in Sturgeon Bay.
Saturday Results
1st Place = Kent Harrison (Sturgeon Bay) won 12 of 15 games (135 points)
2nd Place = Rob Jamros (Three Lakes, Michigan) won 12 of 15 games (131 points)
3rd Place Tie = Lorie Caelwaerts & Larry Horkman (Green Bay) won 11 of 15 games (129 points)

Sunday Results
1st Place = Stephan Reynolds (Ephraim) won 12 of 15 games (140 points)
2nd Place = Gregory Dobbins (Sturgeon Bay) won 11 of 15 games (133 points)
3rd Place = David Amrani (Glendale) won 10 of 15 games (115 points)

The tournament drew players from Eau Claire, Green Bay and Glendale along with Marquette, Menominee and Three Lakes, Michigan and also from Arizona and Arkansas.
New this year was the Steve Schmelzer Sportsmanship Award. This award went to the player who best demonstrated the following characteristics during the tournament which were: Integrity, Sportsmanship, Encouragement, Teamwork, Positive Attitude and Kindness. The winner of this award, as voted by the players, was Rob Jamros from Three Lakes, Michigan. He won this award unanimously both days of the tournament.

Results of the first session of the Door County Pickleball Club Tuesday Round Robin at Otumba Park. Nine players were each scheduled to play 24 games over the six week period.
Kent Harrison- 1st place in both win% (83.3%) and total points (349)
Chris Leman- 2nd place in win% (66.7%) 2nd in total points (277)
Tom Wallschlaeger – 3rd in total points (274)
Bill Beaupre- third in win% (64.3%)
