Gibraltar Opens Season At Algoma

The Gibraltar boys basketball team will begin its 2012-2013 season tonight as they play at Algoma (1-0).  The Wolves won their season opener last Tuesday night, beating Reedsville, 58-55.  Last season, Gibraltar was 2-12 in the Packerland Conference and 10-14 overall while Algoma was third in the Packerland at 10-4 and they were 17-7 overall.  Vikings head coach Kent Sitte thinks that the Wolves will be solid this season…
