Kiel (17-7) had a chance to force overtime but missed a free throw with 0.6 seconds to play and Southern Door (20-4) secured the rebound to clinch the win. Gerend finished with a career high 28 points while Nick LeCaptain added 12 points and Trevor Hawkey and Derik LeCaptain added 10 each for the Eagles.
