Egg Harbor beat Baileys Harbor 16-2, in a Friday night Door County League baseball game. Egg Harbor scored 2 runs in the first inning on an Eric Dejardine home run, 2 in the second, & 5 in the third to jump to a 9-2 lead, & never looked back. Robbie Schartner picked up his tenth win of the season, going 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on six hits, & striking out 9. Cory Fuller had 4 hits, scored 4 times & drove in 2 to lead Egg Harbor. Jake Junion added 3 hits, Woody Schartner & Joe Sawyer each had 2 hits, including a 3 run home run for Sawyer. Egg Harbor improves to 10-1 on the season, Baileys Harbor’s 3 game win streak was snapped & they fall to 3-8.
