Egg Harbor Wins Tenth Straight

Egg Harbor won at Institute in Door County League baseball Friday night, 23-1.  Egg Harbor (10-1) was led by Brian Cook, who had three hits including a pair of home runs.  Cook drove in five runs and scored five times.  Riley Spetz added five hits in the win.  Spetz (10-0) went the first six innings for the win.  He gave up five hits while striking out seven.  Kyle Volkman took the loss as Institute (3-8) gave up 19 hits and nine walks.

* Baileys Harbor will hold fan appreciation day Sunday as well as honor the A’s last championship season, which was in 1982.  There are many activities planned for before, during and after the game.
