Southern Door stayed undefeated in the Packerland Conference after a 76-70 win at Sturgeon Bay on Monday Night. The Eagles (6-0, 8-3) trailed by 12 points early but rallied to tie the game at 32-32 by halftime. After trading the lead early in the second half, the Eagles surged ahead 58-49 but the Clippers (5-2, 5-4) answered and closed the gap to 64-62 before Southern Door put the game away at the free throw line. Sam Gerend scored a game high 24 points while Kyle Daoust added 20 and Ryan Claflin and Derik LeCaptain chipped in 13 each. Carson Talbert scored 18 to lead the Clippers while Mitchell Jackson added 15.
