Algoma beat Kewaunee, 75-56, in a showdown between the top two girls teams in the Packerland Conference on Tuesday Night. The Wolves (7-0, 11-2) had a 17-14 lead midway through the first half and went on a 20-6 run before settling for a 44-29 halftime advantage. The Storm (6-1, 8-2) scored the first six points of the second half to close to within 44-35 but Bailey Delorit hit a step back three pointer and Algoma would have a double digit lead the rest of the game. Anna Dier finished with a game high 32 points for Algoma and Delorit hit eight three pointers on her way to a 30 point game. Brooke Geier led Kewaunee with 19 points, Ellie Olson scored 11 and Sarah Dax added 10.
