Sturgeon Bay won their first game of the season, 14-4, on Saturday afternoon in Mishicot. The Clippers pulled away from a close game by scoring nine runs in the fifth and sixth innings. Jake Moeller had three hits in the win while Jeff Alberts and Anthony Moore added two hits each and Mitchell Jackson doubled. Jackson went the first four innings for the win.
