The Southern Door wrestling team closed the Packerland Conference season with a 36-32 win over Sturgeon Bay/Sevastopol on Thursday Night. Even though the Clippers won four of five contested matches, the Eagles won because SB/S forfeited 5 weight classes. Micah King picked up a win by pin for the Eagles (2-1) while Michael Weigand and Spencer Kramer won by pin for the Clippers (0-3). Cole Nebel and Noah Giese also won for the Clippers. Both teams will be part of the 18 team Dirk Sorenson Classic at Sturgeon Bay on Saturday.
