Sturgeon Bay will open the WIAA Division 3 boys regional tournament at Kiel on Tuesday Night. The Clippers (11-11) finished fourth in the Packerland Conference and enter the postseason on a short two game winning streak while the Raiders (16-6) also finished in fourth place in the Eastern Wisconsin Conference that was won by Valders.
