Clippers Beat Pioneers

The Sturgeon Bay girls basketball team snapped a ten game losing streak with a 60-43 win over Sevastopol on Tuesday in Sturgeon Bay. The Clippers (2-11, 2-18) were able to overcome an early 10-0 deficit as they were held scoreless for the first 8 minutes of the game. A Morgan Reinhardt three pointer started the scoring for Sturgeon Bay as they were able to take a 21-18 halftime lead. Sara Bridenhagen had 16 points to lead the Clippers while Brenna Zuehlke and Carley Wodack finished with 11 each and Kenzye Hasenjager added 10. Zoe Kuehn led the Pioneers (0-12, 4-13) with 19 points and Amber Roalkvan added 10.
