Freedom beat Northern Door, 16-3, at the Class A regional tournament at the Sevastopol Town Park in Institute. Freedom scored five runs in the first inning as Josh Kuntsman and Jason Behle had RBI singles and Seth Rehrauer smacked a 2-run double. Freedom finished with nine hits and took advantage of 12 walks and three hit batters. Connor Brennan had 3 hits and 2 RBI’s to lead Northern Door, Wil Hartman doubled, walked and scored twice while Jared Reinhardt and Joe Burlo singled.
