Mishicot beat Northern Door, 10-6, in a Class ‘A’ American Legion Regional opener at Denmark on Wednesday. Mishicot pulled away from a 1-1 game with four runs in the top of the third inning and three more runs in the fourth inning and opened an 8-1 lead. Zach Christianson and Jim McInerney had two hits apiece, Wil Hartman hit a solo home run and Jadin Sawyer drove in a pair of runs for Northern Door while Ethan Kroll and Joe Burlo also drove in runs. The Chiefs committed seven errors and left 14 runners on base.
