Northern Door beat Sturgeon Bay 5-4 in a Fox River Valley East Division Legion baseball game at the Sevastopol Town Park in Institute on Tuesday Night. The Chiefs (6-3) rallied from a 4-1 deficit to earn the win. Northern Door’s Nick Kita scored the winning run on a wild pitch with two outs in the fourth inning. Tanner Biwer went the distance with 9 strikeouts while Alan Karas had 3 hits and Griffin Cole and Kita had 2 each for the Chiefs. Lucas Stephenson had a 2 run triple while David Van Dreese and Casey Giesseman also drove in runs for the Bays (6-2).
