Brewers Will Open Playoffs At Home/**Updated

**Major League baseball announced the start time for the Brewers and Diamondbacks this weekend.  Game 1- Saturday– Pregame 12:30 First pitch 1:07.  Game 2- Sunday– Pregame 3:00 First pitch 3:37.  You can listen to the games on WDOR.

The Milwaukee Brewers wrapped up their regular season Wednesday night with a 7-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.  With the victory the Brewers secure the second seed in the National League playoffs and will open the N-L Division Series at Miller Park.  Milwaukee had a franchise record 57 wins at home this season and Prince Fielder said getting home-field advantage is big…


Jonathan Lucroy, Corey Hart and Carlos Gomez all homered in Wednesday night’s win, which gave the Brewers a franchise record 96 victories.  Brewers manager Ron Roenicke was impressed with his team’s win total…


Ryan Braun went 0-for-4 and finished the season with a batting average of .332.  That was second in the National League to the Mets Jose Reyes.  Braun was disappointed that he didn’t win the batting title…


Zack Greinke picked up the win last night and finishes the season with a record of 16 and 6.  The Brewers will open postseason play Saturday when they host the N-L West Champion, Arizona Diamondbacks.
