Southern Door had won six straight games. They were never in contention to stretch their winning streak to seven as Oconto beat the Eagles 66-39 in a girls Packerland Conference basketball game on Thursday Night. Laken James scored 22 points to lead the Oconto (9-4, 15-5) while Jaelyn Jicha scored 16 points and Carli Meyer add 11 points. Southern Door (7-6, 11-9) was led by Cheyenne McFarlin (12 points) and Courtney Van Hout (11 points).
