Sturgeon Bay will be hiring a new girls basketball coach as Pat Blizel has resigned from the position. Blizel said that an expanded role as Athletic Director and other new duties with the district would it make it difficult to continue. Blizel coached the Clippers for a total of eight years. Hel said that there are a couple of candidates that are interested in becoming the next girls basketball coach at Sturgeon Bay. The Clippers went (11-11) during the 2012-13 season.
