Big Day for Eagles

The Southern Door baseball team cruised to an 18-5 win over Sturgeon Bay at Memorial Field on Thursday. The Eagles led 7-3 after the first inning and scored multiple runs in four different innings. Logan Jeanquart (4 RBI) and Jack Peterson (3 RBI) had four hits each while Christian Counard (5 RBI) doubled and hit a three run home run. Charlie Neinas, Taylor Schaefer and Jaden Diller all had 2 hits for the Eagles and Tyler Neinas worked the first four innings for the win. Bennett Johnson had 2 hits and Emmett Braschnewitz, Braeden Haines and Curt Meyer had RBI’s for the Clippers.
