The Sturgeon Bay and Northern Door Legion baseball teams won their games by shutout on Thursday Night.
In Sturgeon Bay, the Bays beat Chilton 1-0 behind a 2 hitter and 13 strikeout performance by Riley Cordier. Sturgeon Bay scored in the 4th inning when Keith Lehmann drew a 2 out bases loaded walk that scored Casey Giesseman.
At Institute, Northern Door swept a double header from Freedom 9-0 and 10-0. In game 1, Matt Hecht fired a shutout and Will Gonzalez added a 3 run home run while Tanner Biwer pitched a perfect game and Zach Defere had 2 home runs in the night cap.
