Four players scored in double figures for Algoma in a 78-60 win over Gibraltar on Friday Night. Hunter Prokash scored a game high 21 points to lead the Wolves, while Eliot Prokash added 13 points and Devin Kostichka and Sam Koss had 12 each. The Wolves used a 15-0 first half run to open a 34-20 lead only to see the Vikings make it 39-37 early in the second half. But Algoma answered with spurts of 10-2 and 13-3 in the third quarter to put the game out of reach. Gibraltar made 12 three pointers on the night. The Vikings were led by Nick Kita (17 points, 4 3’s) and Alex Janisse (15 points on 5 3’s).
