Algoma beat Brillion 68-46 in a WIAA Girls Division 4 Regional Championship game in Algoma on Saturday Night. Facing an early 11-4 deficit, the Wolves got going when Linsey Pierre hit a three pointer and never trailed after a Jordan Demmin jumper in the lane as Algoma pulled away with a 13-4 run. Algoma’s inside duo of Kennedy Blahnik and Anna Dier dominated the Lions as Blahnik scored a season high 27 points and Dier added 16.
