The 12 year old team from the Sturgeon Bay Cal Ripken league won a pair of games over the weekend and will play in the Wisconsin State Tournament championship game on Monday at Sauk Prairie. The 10 year olds went (1-1) while the 9 year old team finished (0-2)

Door County rallied from a 9-7 deficit to beat Bay Port on Sunday when Andrew Carbajal hit a 3 run walk off home run. Alex Laughlin, Anthony Jennerjohn and Spencer Krause had two hits each. Luke Steebs was the winning pitcher. On Saturday they beat DC Everest, 4-3. Robby Pollman went all six innings for the win while Krause doubled twice and Carbajal had two hits.

Beat Menominee 15-9 on Saturday. Winning pitcher Jack Peterson struck out 9 in four innings. Frankie Ash had 3 hits while Lucas Vanderleest, Taylor Schaefer, Gavin Fernandez and Peterson all had 2 hits. Lost to Janesville 27-0 on Sunday and will play Dodgeville in Marinette at 11:00 Monday.

Lost to Janesville 26-11 on Saturday. Blayre Writt hit a three run triple, Garrett Ulberg doubled and Brody Kollath singled. Lost to Cross Plains 15-12. Landen Hintz had 4 hits (2 triples) and Danny Lodl tripled twice. Lodl, Caden LeMieux and Braden Sitte scored 3 runs each. Janesville beat Cross Plains, 18-3, for the State title.
