The Sturgeon Bay Police Department had several technological tools at its disposal as it tried to determine who set fires at two west side locations on Saturday, June 9th, but the arrest of a 21 year-old suspect came down to old-fashioned detective work.

The 21 year-old city man wanted for questioning in connection with the arson incidents at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and Otumba Park was arrested Friday afternoon.
