Thrills on Third returns to Sturgeon Bay Saturday. Youngsters and families can enjoy pumpkin painting, a parade and trick or treating along the downtown retail area. From 9 to 11AM, up to 200 kids accompanied by a parent can grab a pumpkin and paint at the Artists Guild. Their creations will line 3rd Avenue until after trick or treating when they can be taken home. The costume parade is at 1PM and participants will line up at Martin Park 15 minutes earlier. The short parade will travel down 3rd Avenue to Jefferson Street. The top three costumes will win prizes. Then, from 2 to 3PM, stores will be open for trick or treaters. Thrills on Third is sponsored by the Third Avenue Business Association.
