The Saint Clair Arrives in Sturgeon Bay

Traffic on three bridges in Sturgeon Bay was held up Friday morning as the 770 foot Saint Clair passed by on its way to winter mooring at Bay Shipbuilding. The tentative schedule had originally called for the vessel to arrive on Monday. The winter fleet in Sturgeon Bay will eventually number 14 ships, with the last expected to arrive in February. The number includes three 1,000 foot lakers that routinely make their home in Sturgeon Bay for part of the winter.
