The Sturgeon Bay Municipal Services Department is reminding residents that, effective September 1st, the city will begin collecting recyclable materials every other week. After analyzing the frequency & amount of recycling placed out every week, it was determined that a large majority of residents do not place their recyclables out each week. With that in mind, the changeover is being implemented to increase efficiency & protect the environment.
