The City of Sturgeon Bay will morph into a large rummage sale this week as the third annual city-wide garage sale is held. Jen says a number of residents missed the deadline for signing up, meaning there will probably be many more opportunities for the discerning shopper. Participants have the choice of operating on Friday or Saturday or both days.
