A recent $1,000 donation will help the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center fund projects like parades, city flowers, holiday lights, fireworks & festivals. The Old Bolts Car Club provided the funding. The car club is actively involved in the planning, promotion & operation of the car show at Sturgeon Bay’s annual harvest festival. The event brings thousands of car enthusiasts to the city to see unique vehicles in a variety of categories. With the guidance of the Old Bolts Car Club members, participation has also grown. The organization, which still considers itself a “non-club,” has roots that go back to the 1970’s, & an annual birthday event. The Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center expressed appreciation for the donation & the club’s participation at the harvest festival.
