The Sturgeon Bay Police Department says it has wrapped up its investigation into the report of a battery incident on Friday, August 30th. In a news release, Lieutenant Clint Henry says officers determined that two juveniles were taken against their will & another was physically assaulted. Lieutenant Henry says investigators found probable cause to arrest eight adults in connection with the case. Possible charges that could be lodged by the district attorney’s office include kidnapping, physical abuse of a child, substantial battery, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana & drug paraphernalia, & obstructing a police officer.
