Brinkman says the vehicle was the officer’s private car. He says the ripoff artists have been brazen enough to enter vehicles in broad daylight & near homes. Captain Brinkman says the best advice is to lock your vehicles at all times, no matter where they’re parked & report any suspicious activity to law enforcement as soon as you can.
