Public Meeting For West Side Waterfront Wednesday

The city of Sturgeon Bay is seeking public input on the proposals for development of the city’s west side waterfront, between the two bridges. There will be a public meeting on January 7th where citizens will have an opportunity provide comments on the proposals for the development. The most controversial proposal is for the 5 story hotel which would be built on the property. Representatives of Vandewalle and Associates, the planning consultant for the city will be present to outline the various proposals which are being considered by the city. The meeting is open to anybody who has an opinion or may have questions about these proposals. The session will be held in the Sturgeon Bay High School auditorium at 6pm on Wednesday.
