A process for replacing 5th District Alderman Joe Stutting this summer was set in motion by Mayor Thad Birmingham Tuesday evening. Stutting, who is also Superintendent of the Sturgeon Bay school system, has taken a similar position in his home state of Iowa & will be starting his new job in July.
