Motorists traveling in the Sturgeon Bay area Thursday may want to avoid the Bayview Bridge during part of the morning. A minor welding project will necessitate partial closure of the bridge between 9AM & noon. A flagman will direct traffic on the one lane that will be open during the project. Those wishing to cross from one side of Sturgeon Bay to the other have the option of using the Michigan or Oregon Street bridges during the project.
