The Door County Highway Department has announced that one lane of traffic on the Bayview Bridge in Sturgeon Bay will be closed to traffic Wednesday for a bridge inspection. Work on the by-pass bridge is scheduled to run from 8AM until 2:30PM, with traffic control provided by the Door County Highway Department. If it’s possible, the span will be opened up to traffic during the proposed inspection period. However, the schedule will revolve around the arrival of the state patrol inspection vehicle.
