The Northern Door Children’s Center is inviting the Door County community to take part in the expansion of its commemorative brick walkway this summer by purchasing a personally engraved brick. The bricks have been laid around the early childhood education center’s flagpole & adjacent to the parking lot as a walking memorial for the children & their families to use as they enter the building. Bricks have been placed in honor of children attending the center, alumni, community families, local businesses & community groups & in remembrance of departed family members or friends. Brick orders received before August 31st will be ordered & laid in the fall of this year.
