The United Way of Door County is poised to officially begin it’s new campaign with a kickoff celebration next week. As part of the fundraising effort, the local organization has filled the part time position of Fund Development Director with an Illinois native, Jason Palmer. United Way Executive Director Amy Kohnle introduced Palmer to the WDOR listening audience during the WDOR talk show Tuesday.
