Midsummer’s Music Series turns 30, Delays 2020 Ticket Sales

Misdummer’s Music, Wisconsin’s oldest summer chamber music series, will soon be celebrating their 30th anniversary. However, with the safety of their audiences and musicians in mind, for now, new ticket sales for their 2020 season will be delayed. They will be making necessary adjustments to scheduling and programming. Further announcements of these changes will be made on a rolling basis as they are determined. If you already have tickets, there are flexible options if some performances are canceled. These include full or partial donations of tickets, exchange of tickets for later 2020 concerts, credit to the 2021 season, or a refund. Executive Director Allyson Fleck commented that they are addressing concerns for safety and comfort with equal doses of realism and optimism. They are working hard to bring back Midsummer’s Music stronger than ever when the public health safety concerns are behind us.
