Drivers who use the Michigan Street Bridge in Sturgeon Bay on a regular basis are being advised that one lane will be closed to traffic Wednesday from 10:30AM to 12PM. The closure is needed in order for some electrical modifications to be completed. Flag persons will direct motorists across the span. The bridge will open as soon as the work is wrapped up. Employees of the Department of Transportation will do the work & the Door County Highway Department will set up the signage & provide flaggers for traffic. Motorists may want to use one of Sturgeon Bay’s other bridges to cross from one side of the city to the other on Wednesday.
