Kewaunee County Surprised by Closing of Nuclear Plant

The Kewaunee Power Station is closing, & the announcement caught some people off guard. Kewaunee County Administrator Edward Dorner says he knew dominion Resources was trying to sell the facility, but Monday’s decision was a complete surprise. About 400 people will lose their jobs when the plant shuts down in the second quarter of next year.
