A three stall garage near Baileys Harbor was destroyed by a fire late Monday night. The Baileys Harbor Fire Department was called to 2215 Ridges Road where the garage was attached to an unoccupied house. The garage is a total loss, as is a model A truck that was inside of it. There was some damage to the house. The Baileys Harbor Fire Department received aid from all of the mainland northern Door County fire departments. Baileys Harbor Fire Chief, Brian Zak said the last unit, a tanker, cleared the scene at about noon Tuesday.
