Representatives of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency are remaining tight-lipped about an investigation into a possible dumping incident at a Sturgeon Bay business. On Friday, an EPA crew was sent to Bissen Asphalt off Shiloh Road. Word has it that the crew, with help from local law enforcement, was looking at a pond on the property in connection with the possible disposal of contaminants. WDOR News was told that the agency does not comment about ongoing investigations. Apparently, the investigation centered on one pond.
