WEP, Incorporated, based in Sturgeon Bay, has announced that Sandy Duckett has been selected as Chief Executive Officer, effective Tuesday, May 7th. Duckett, 54 and a resident of Green Bay, replaces Mavis Arnold who is retiring. Most recently, she was Vice-President of College Advancement at NWTC and Chief Operating Officer of the NWTC Educational Foundation.
