Door County residents & visitors will have an opportunity to catch 4th of July fireworks celebrations at several locations this week. Pyrotechnic displays are planned for Sturgeon Bay, Gills Rock, Maplewood, Washington Island & Baileys Harbor on Wednesday, the 4th. In Egg Harbor, the fireworks display will happen on Tuesday evening, & in Fish Creek, the festivities are scheduled for Saturday, July 7th. All of the fireworks will be shot off at about dusk.
